The Annandale Cardinals came to “The Rock” hoping to upset the undefeated Rockets… but it was not to be. Rockford was relentless driving the basket and pounding the defensive boards. In the end Rockford continues their winning streak 67 – 50 over Annandale.
Next up is another boys/girls double header this Friday 1/10 home at “The Rock” vs Dassel / Cokato. Boys varsity start time is 5:30p with the girls to follow shortly thereafter.
DC will enter the contest at 4 – 6 overall on the season, 2 – 2 in conference plan (beating Howard Lake and New London, losing to Litchfield and Norwood).
Our Rockets have shimmied up to 10 – 0 overall, 4 – 0 in the section and 3 – 0 in the conference.
